We sell our tiles through a network of tile outlets across the country, delivering to them on a weekly basis. To find out where you can see or place an order for our tiles locally please call us or visit this website.
Hand-painted orders
We do not hold stock of hand-painted items and therefore you should allow up to two weeks for all orders that include the standard lines shown in the brochure. Special orders for customer design request or special colour-ways may take up to four weeks depending on the complexity of the designs and the studio workload at the time of order.
Ethical trading policy
We endeavour to check all our suppliers to ensure that they are trading ethically.
Returns and additions
Special order items and installed tiles are non-returnable. All other items may be returned within four weeks of order, but there will be a 25% restocking charge so we urge you to measure carefully. As tiles vary in colour from batch to batch it is advisable to keep extra in case replacements are needed at a later date. For the same reason, please advise us if you are adding to an existing order or extending a previously laid floor so that we can do all possible to get the closest match. Please be aware that it is not often possible to colour match exactly.

The information contained on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time of upload. However it is possible that there will be changes over time and we recommend that all detail critical to the success of your project is checked prior to ordering. While we have made every effort to faithfully portray our products we regret that it is impossible to avoid the colour variances caused by inconsistency in film, light, monitor resolution and colour settings.

Deliveries
We deliver to our network of recommended retailers on a weekly basis. Alternatively we can deliver direct to your door, for which we operate a scale of modest charges. Whilst we endeavour to hold all base products in stock, there are occasionally delays and therefore please bear this in mind before booking a tiler. Our standard hand-painted tiles may take up to two weeks to paint and special order hand-painted tiles may take up to four weeks. This is in addition to the standard delivery time of one week.
Orders can also be collected from our Staffordshire or Buckinghamshire warehouses by prior arrangement and small orders may be collected from our showrooms, again by prior arrangement.
While we endeavour to ensure that all orders are correctly packed, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore we respectfully request that you please check goods on receipt: only damages and incorrect tiles notified within three working days will be remedied. Please avoid booking your tiler until a week after delivery as we do not accept responsibility for lost working time in the event of a delivery being incorrect or damaged.
