    Our talented designers skilfully produce a wide range of designs. From these we select the best and develop a range of templates for our artists in the main studio. (Continued...)

    Design and production

    The reproduction of our designs incorporates the use of traditional methods. We take great pride in obtaining our high standards and have rigorous training and quality control.

  4. Part 3: Cranking

    Cranking

    Once the designs have been carefully reproduced they are thoroughly checked and stacked in a special "crank" ready for firing.

  5. Part 4: Firing

    Firing

    The painted tiles are loaded into our industrial kilns, carefully operated and maintained by our technicians. After they are fired at 800°C our products are complete, ready for distribution to our network of tile outlets and retail customers.

  6. Part 5: Display

    Display

    The completed tiles are not only shipped to distributors around the country but also displayed in our on-site showroom. Here customers can sample the tiles first hand and discuss their requirements with our experienced advisors.

    All stages of the production create a unique quality product, ready to add flair and style to your home.
